A Taste of the World These last couple of weeks of the semester, our class will be reviewing weights and measuring units related to food packing and comparing metric and traditional systems used in different countries. Students will also sharing and exchanging recipes from a variety of countries around the world. Our media specialist will be joining us to show students examples of cookbooks with traditional recipes from a variety of countries. Students will engage in a gallery walk to select their favorite recipes to make their own cookbook. Our unit test is scheduled for Thursday. Students should review the basic vocabulary words from their notebooks and the food goups from their Food Pyramid Project. Comments are closed.
