Titanic's Last Meal

This week our students will be working on skill maintenance around the topic of Titanic.  We will be reviewing and practicing the use of uppercase/capital letters in sentences.  Students will also review and practice the use of verbs in present and past tense.  

We will also read and discuss Titanic's Last Meal article to create a writing plan using a flow map that will help students write a short essay about the topic of what passengers from each class ate on their last day on board the ocean liner.   

ACCESS for ELLs 2.0
This week ESOL/IEL students will be taking ACCESS for ELLs 2.0 online test.  ACCESS for ELLs 2.0 is a secure large-scale English language proficiency assessment administered to Kindergarten through 12th grade students who have been identified as English language learners (ELLs).
